Yvon Lambert offers a 14-day return window for all premium fashion items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every curated piece in our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
